Welcome to the coffee villa.

Our identity for coffee is Nord108. Our passion drives us to bring coffee from our very own plantations, in the region where Thai coffee is most famous, the Arabica species of the North, grown at an altitude of 1,200 – 1,400 m, to roast here at the villa and push it to its final destination, to you. So you can taste the coffee “from the source – the roaster – the cup in your hand” in the showroom shop, which we call Nectara, meaning a special drink. Our philosophy also opens up opportunities for people from the surrounding communities to work with us. Some of our staff members hail from local hill tribe communities; while they may not have the polished skills of city baristas, we take pride in serving our society and are grateful to everyone who contributes to this shared benefit.

ตัวตนของเราสำหรับด้านกาแฟ เราเรียกตัวเองว่า Nord108 ความหลงไหลทำให้เรานำกาแฟจากไร่ของเราเอง ในภูมิภาคที่กาแฟไทยมีชื่อเสียงดีที่สุด นั้นคือสายพันธุ์ อาราบิก้า ของภาคเหนือ ที่ปลูกระดับความสูง 1,200 – 1,400 ม. นำมาคั่วที่วิลล่านี้ และผลักดันจนถึงปลายทาง ให้คุณได้ลิ้มรสกาแฟ “จากแหล่งผลิต – โรงคั่ว – แก้วในมือคุณ” ในร้านที่เป็นโชว์รูม ซึ่งเราเรียกว่า Nectara ที่มีความหมายคือ เครื่องดื่มแสน(อัน)พิเศษ ด้วยปรัชญาของเรา เราจึงเปิดโอกาสให้คนในชุมชนรอบข้างมาทำงานที่นี้ เจ้าหน้าที่บางคนมาจากชุมชนชาวเขารอบๆนี้ ดังนั้นอาจจะไม่ได้บริการท่านเหมือนบาริสต้ามืออาชีพในเมือง แต่เรา ก็สุขใจที่ได้ทำประโยชน์ให้สังคม และขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ร่วมแบ่งปันประโยชน์ให้กับสังคม
